My PT Course

We are My PT Course Limited (company number 13251565), a company registered in England and Wales and our registered office is at UNIT 2, Common Lane, CV8 2EL. We operate the website at www.myptcourse.com (“Website”).

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with us and the supply of our services to you when you complete an application for Membership and/or to attend a course or seminar.

 

If you wish to book a place on one of our courses, you will need to complete an application via our Website or ring 01926 258 210 - You will need to pay a fee as part of the application or make payment in full for the your chosen course.

Once sign up is completed, the team will reach out to you to on-board you at their next available time. We aim between 1-15 hours.

Payments

 

All course payments are non-refundable - once signed onto a course, all payments must be completed by the attendee. 

 

If a course deposit is paid, this payment is non-refundable.

 

Payments must be made in full to receive course certificate.

​

Management reserves all rights to suspend course attendees if non-payment is made or for miss-use of the site.

Course Marking & Moodle

​

All course marking will be returned within 10 working days

​

The course should be aimed to be completed within a 1-6 month period.

​

Each client will be uploaded to the portal where your course will be completed in your own time.

My PT Course is a partner of Fitness Worx Gyms 

 

As part of the course, you will have access to forms, documents and information provided by us to you (“My PT Materials”) via the relevant chosen medium. All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the MY PT Materials and/or the Services or courses or seminars will be owned by us. Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights of any nature including:

 

Copyright, patents, trademarks, database rights, dedsign, format rights, inventions, know-how, trade secrets, techniques and confidential information, customer and supplier lists and other proprietary knowledge and information (whether registered or unregistered);

 

Applications and all rights to apply for registration for any of the foregoing; and

 

All other intellectual property rights and equivalent or similar forms of protection existing anywhere in the world in each case for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions
