About the Level 2 & 3 PT Qualification

My PT Course raises the standard of coaches entering the industry. Our L2 & L3 PT course enables you to stand head and shoulders above the rest.

 

Our team of experts have been leading the way for over 15 years and help 100's of clients worldwide.

 

Discover what makes a great coach, how to make a positive impact on your clients and how to motivate them to reach their goals. We give you knowledge and skills to work with individual and groups of clients in a personal training setting. 

 

This course is based around your lifestyle. Once registered you will have access to your own portal to make your way through. Alongside this, you will receive a dedicated course tutor to help you every step of the way.

The world of coaching.

This course is designed to introduce you to the world of professional coaching and provide a strong foundation for a future career in fitness. While you don’t need specific qualifications to apply, you must be over 16 and have a good grasp of English.

 

The number of hours you spend on the course will depend on your experience and previous qualifications. However, the course is also designed for those with NO experience or previous qualifications.

You can sign up anytime during the month to get started. We will then intake you onto the course on your next nearest available date which can be found on the dates page.

 

Included in the course: Client Portal access, 1:1 support and mentorship, Qualification Certificates, Access to the face to face days and recruitment opportunities.

How to plan and conduct physical activity sessions within a variety of environments

Exercise Programming

How to design and deliver a health and fitness programme suitable to an individual’s specific goals and level of fitness

Face to Face

We offer face to face days for clients to attend to help benefit development and offers support
