New for 2025, the Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and Wellness provides an in-depth exploration of how nutrition impacts health, fitness, and overall well-being. Spanning four terms, each section of the course delves into a specific area of nutrition science and its practical uses. Over 21 weeks, participants will build valuable skills and knowledge to promote health for individuals and communities through focused nutrition strategies.

Duration: 4 weeks (7 January 2025 – 31 January 2025)

Introduction: This term provides a foundational understanding of nutrition, covering macronutrients, micronutrients, energy systems, and the glycaemic index. These courses are ideal for building basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise.

Introduction: This term delves into the connections between nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being. It also introduces the impact of nutrition on sleep, behaviour, and lifestyle, offering a deeper understanding of food choice and the role of diet in mental wellness.

Introduction: Focusing on long-term wellness and disease prevention, this term covers key topics such as minerals, immune health, sugar consumption, the Mediterranean diet, and environmental factors affecting disease. Additionally, it includes a course on understanding the risks of providing nutritional advice to clients.
